Club Anya has a week of challenges. This was Monday's challenge on Back to School Theme using any Anya or Ian characters. Sorry to post it so late it was in my another camera which I couldn't find the batteries for it. Oh well here is what I came up with, I made a desktop stationary set for my son's teacher. I use Teacher Anya and colored her with my copics. The DP is from KI memories collections called teacher's pet - school days. I made the inside cards using clip art image of an apple cartoon clip art that I downloaded. Isn't it cute. Then for the sentiment I added "from the desk of Ms. Sharon Chun".
This was Wednesday challenge. This is what Jacquie from the Club Anya DT came up with these beautiful color combo Blue and Brown and I just love what she calls it Javablu. These are great colors and I had so much fun using them. Here is a card I made using the download of digi Unicorn that I won from the I wanted be like Amy Challenge and I also use Miss Anya Collection set of Miss Anya Dressy. I just love all the sets. I colored them with my copics.Added ribbon, dew drops, blings and also printed out the sentiment "Anytime you need a friend, I'll be there." I also added stickles and use Glazed Dimensions Pens in metallic blue and metallic silver.
SMILE & SHINE CHALLENGEThis was Thursday challenge. Rosette from the Club Anya DT came up with Bling and Shine. Here's what I came up with. I use bright colors to make it stand out so that I wouldn't use to much blings. I use Superstar Anya and colored her with my copics. The star is 4" from my Cricut and Cartridge is George and Basic Shapes. Also cut the star in 1" and added a charm says "Just for You." I added Stickles and a pink blings as earrings. I also added sliver tiny beads. And to finish I added a ribbon.
I had a very fun day yesterday with some local crafters at Teri's social gathering. It was nice to finally put some faces together from visiting each others blogs. Gosh we have so much talented ladies and I'm so glad to meet them. It's a beautiful sunny day here in Hawaii and I hope everyone is enjoy the rest of their weekend!

Here's my card for Crazy Hair Day Challenge for Tuesday Club Anya. This week they are featuring a week of challenges . Here is a scrapbook page layout that I made. My son had class week last year and on 3/4/09 it was Wacky hair day and I just made his hair spiky just added some gel. I'm glad we didn't cut this hair that week. I use TGF Edward stamp since he's hair look spike up. I got this stamped image from Kyoko. Thanks for always having your stamps with you on play dates. Thanks for sharing! I colored him with my copics and added Crystal Laquer on his hair to make it shiny. I got some clip art from the Internet but did not color them left it black and white. Also I got a small plastic mini comb key chain from Japan Sanrio it was one of those freebie when you purchase a certain amount. Well any way I colored it black with my sharpie. My son said he don't mind having his hair mess up everyday. LOL.
Have a great Wednesday everyone and stay dry!

I decided to challenge myself. I admire Kimberly of Kimbee's Creations. I don't know how she does it, she can create a card adding a lot of challenges in one card. Wow how great is that. She so talented and her work is so amazing. It does take time to jot down on which challenge you want to participate in. But it's fun to see all the challenges out there. So here the challenges I participate in.

It's an honored to have Chalsie to be our featured Aloha Blogger for this week. I really admire her creations. I'm inspired with her beautiful creations. I'm also a fan of pink and brown combo just like Chalsie. I have decided on casing from Chalsie her accordion file folders. I figured it out and I made the dimensions 8" X 4" and scored the inside fold by 1.5"and used a velcro to close the folder. I had so much fun figuring out how to do this and finally made one for myself.
I also made a desktop stationary set. I used the Timeless Template from Paperey Ink that I purchase a while back. What I use for the image was Himawari's - Princess Carina Ballerina and accessories used was ribbons,CB emboss dot folder, scalloped square nestabilities, pink stickles, and all natural accents flowers. Also I use Dandelion Sentiment " A heart warm aloha" for the note cards. Thank you Chalsie for sharing your wonderful creations and ideas with us.
Please join us next week for challenge # 3. Hope you guys can join the fun and I can't wait to see what you guys create. For those of you that have been playing with our challenges we truly appreciate your support, thank you for your lovely comments and visiting our blog.
