Candy Jars I made for Landen's teachers for Christmas

This was made for my son Landen's teacher and teacher helper for Christmas. Sorry so late I just started this blog this month. But I manage to save my creations. I bought the jar at Longs it was $1.49 each jar so I decided to decorate it. Since I just got my Hello Kitty cartridge before Christmas time, I decided to use this for the candy jars. Inside the jar I had put assorted Hershey Kiss candy which was Candy Cane Mint, Milk Chocolate with Almonds, HUGS Chocolates, and the original Milk Chocolate. My Favorite Candy.

Here's some Christmas Photos

My next invitation project

RSVP card made 4.25" by 5.5"

Inviation is 5" by 6"

Here's a new inviation I had to make and design. It's for my cousin's baby. Her theme is Lilo and Stitch luau. It took us so long to take a picture of her. Anela wasn't moving around, just trying to get her smile and look at the camera. Isn't she adorible. The invitation information is attach to an envelope I use from my Cricut Expression, the cartridge I use was New Arrival. The cut of the envelope is 6 inches, that's the biggest size that it can cut. I been busy helping my cousin plan this party. Now I'm done with the inviations, I need to get the favors started. She'll be using those baby food jar and putting M&M's inside. Well got to get going, need to go to work. Enjoy your day =)

Tracy's Christmas Challenge

Tracy has a challenge on her blog. Thanks to Nicky! I saw it at her blog and decided to play along. I definitely had the time to make Christmas yesterday and continue finishing it tonight after work. This was a great idea to get started on Christmas card. Never too earily. Done with 5 and probably 25 to 35 more cards to make. I got the santa's stamp for a dollor. I don't really have that many stamps. Time for me to go shopping for some stamps later.

Sorry my lighting in my room is bad. The walls in my room is red and my lights are dim even with the flash on my camera. I'll scan them tomorrow or take another shot in the morning when the sun is shining.

It took me one day to make this. Actually it took me 2 days to plan what I wanted and design my lay out. As you know her theme for the party was Disney's Princesses. I had use a box I wraped in brown paper and spray paint it rosee pink and for the towers I used the 4 mail out tube and spray paint it with a laverne color. The top of the tower I use cone styrofoam and spray paint it with gold. I use ribbions around the tower and glue cut out flowers and artifical leaves and added Stickles. I really like using Stickles it really make an effect it brings the color out. The cricut cartridges I used was Disney Happily Ever After and Dreams Come True. I had a lot of compliments during the party. I had so much fun making this master piece. Ha LOL. Even though it took long trying to glue the towers to the box which almost fall apart but I manage to use a stronger glue. The glue gun didn't work.

ALEAH

Here's a scrapbook page I made for one of my friend's daughter. It was her first birthday in November. I will put it in one of those Scrapbook frame and give it to her. I use the cuts from my Cricut Expression. The cartridges I use was Tinker Bell & Friends for the butterflies. The Accent Essentials cartridge for the pattern. And the name ALEAH was done Making the Grade cartridge. Aleah's theme for her birthday was butterflies. Also I had use a lot of Stickles. And for the frame I use flower stamps by using versa mark pad and emossing power in Winder wonderland. I didn't take much pictures of her since I had low batteries at that time. So she would have to place a 4X6 picture of Aleah during her first birhday.
