TGF.... Dads & Dudes Contest

Hello all and Happy Sunday! Hope you guys are enjoy the rest of your weekend. Well last week TGF was hosting a contest for Dad's and Dudes in honoring Father's Day. Anyway my son always like to help and join in the fun just as long as he is spending time with me. He likes when I'm doing crafting with him. It was hard to convince my hubby to give it a try. Finally he wanted to participate in it. So he spend the day coloring with my son on Wednesday since we had a BBQ party at his parents house. The rule is that they need to case one of the cards that Jessica 's boys had created. My hubby likes to practice using the pens and what was so special about these copics pens. I told him that this was great for blending. He practice on a few images and finally got the one he wanted was this image Skater Ian. He did a great job blending and he really see why I love using my copics and how fun it is to color. BTW he case #1.

Here is my son card and he case #2. He is 7 years old. He made this card for my hubby's mom birthday coming this week. He chosen the color paper and DP. He knows Mama loves pink and shiny stuff to make it pretty.

FFF sketch - Cuddle Anya

Hi everyone! Happy Monday! Can't believe how fast the weekend is over and time to start another new week. I was off on Friday due to Kamehameha Day but I had to babysit my 22 month old nephew and my son was over at his grandparent's house. Can't do much when I'm babysitting, just when he takes his nap which he didn't. I had him from 5:00am - 3:00pm. Oh well here's a card I did during the weekend. I finally got a chance to do a challenge for Farm Fresh Friday's sketch. I just got a bunch of new Greeting Farm stamps and wanted to color this adorable image called Cuddle Anya. I use acetate overlay design sheet made from Anna Griffin under it is a caramel brown card stock. Use MS double loop punch but cut off the bottom layer. Added a prima, ribbon, and a teddy bear charm.


Here's some pictures I wanted to share with you folks my son just got a sulcata tortoises turtle as his new pet. This turtle will be like the ones we see at the Honolulu Zoo. The turtle will grow about 3 feet and will weight about 70-100lbs maybe in another 8-10 years. My son named the turtle Mika.

And here's some pictures of my nephew. He loves to play in my brother's room and play with his hats. Look at the picture below, that's right his daddy had piece his ears and he has a earring. Isn't he adorable. Hope you all had a fun weekend. Have a great week!

Hello Kitty & Transformer Note Books

Hi everyone! Sorry I been MIA, there's just so many things that was going on. Well here is what I made for my son's last day of school. I made note books for the kids. Hello Kitty for the girls and Transformers for the boys. The HK is a die cut using my Cricut and so is the Transformer but there's no Transformer cartridge for Cricut so I use my new software Make A Cut. I seen it on Eunice blog on how this program is easy to use and create anything with the Cricut. I made a total of 22 notebooks, 11 notebook for girls and 11 notebook for boys. I didn't take a picture of all the boy's note book it was already late that night and my camera ran out of battery and was to lazy to look for the charger. So this was the note book I made for my son. He had to get also a notebook for himself. But he was so funny he doesn't want to use it since I work hard on them and all night I made them. He wants to just save it. I told him he can do anything with it since it's summer I wanted him to do a journal and draw some picture in it then he said mom what if I make a mistake on drawing and I told him that simple the page are easy to tear up, then he said I think I might tear up all of it because my drawing is not too good. He makes me laugh I told him just try your best and draw what you can. Well that's it for now. Hope I can try to post a regular base, I do have lots to share. Thanks for taking the time to visit. April OCS for Elena

Hi everyone. Well I hope you guys are having a beautiful Sunday. I been quite busy doing last minute project for my son school and finishing up some gifts to the teachers and classmate. I can't believe the school is almost over and summer will come and next Fall he will be in second grade. So fast how he's growing up. Gosh time flies so quickly. Here is the card that I made for Elena for Teri's OCS for April. I use CC Designs stamps called Sugarplums Cherry Emma which you can purchase at Little C's! CASEing Critters

Chocolate, Vanilla, and Strawberry!

Hi everyone and Happy Saturday! The weekend is finally here and more house chores to do. Well here's a card for Club Anya & Friends, this week challenge for Monday Mania is hosted by Claireabelle to use color challenge using chocolate, vanilla and strawberry. I just love Neapolitan ice color but it so hard to determine which one is my favorite sometime it's chocolate, other times it strawberry, or vanilla. Well what's your favorite? I finally made a shadow box card. I have a few more to learn all the different techniques out there. Here I use Cheeky Rockabilly, she's on a swing. You can't really see it, do to the lighting on my camera and the background is brown and so is the swing. Also I added some flowers on the swing which is from All Natural Accents and you can get them Little C's . The big flower embellishment is a chipboard, and the butterfly is a MS punch. My Little Super Star!!!!

Hi everyone! I hope everyone is doing well. And happy boy's day too. I finally wanted to catch up on some of my scrapbook pages. Since Saturday was National Scrapbook Day, I decided to do a lot of crafting and I manage to do so. Now that TGF has a new scrapbook challenges, what a great way to catch up on those scrapbook pages and get some ideas on LO as well. Sketch was provided by Jacilynn. When I saw the circle in the LO I thought about the moon. Well here's my take on it. I use Amazing Duo, this image was great for my scrapbook page. The moon and star where die cuts from my Cricut. Mother's Day Tea Boxes

Hi everyone! I hope you guys are enjoy your weekend. I been quite busy catching up with all my projects and I really wanted to make some stuff to give out for Mother's Day since it's almost here. I decided to make some of these tea box which I case from Chals of Paper Kisses. I made it using my Cricut and DP. I will be giving it to my son's teacher and co-workers. I hope they like it.
This one I'm entering it for Little C's challenge. This week is to create a project using Black and another color so I chosen purple.

Hi everyone and happy Friday to you all. Sorry I been MIA, I been quite busy with my son school activities. Well I decided to play around with my new stamps that I haven't open and here is Madelynn from Twinkle Tots The Greeting Farm. Isn't she adorable? Also I made this white trellis using my cricut and DS. The flowers on the trellis is from All Natural Accents and you can get them Little C's . And I did manage to finally made some flowers of my own. Here is the site I use to make these beautiful pink roses. I didn't have the EK flower punch so I just use my cricut to cut out the flowers. I ink the edges, put some blings on the middle of the flower, and put glossy accents on it.
